Zoom Desktop Client sign into your browser using the Zoom Home tab. You will find the Home tab under the Business tab. Click to close the arrow. If you do not wish to do so, click the downward arrow. Following are the options for starting an instant meeting: Set up your video: This opens your instant meeting by automatically allowing you to access this video. Choose New Meeting from the menu. A meeting can be held immediately by using an instant messaging application. Alternatively, you can choose to copy the meeting invite link if you would like to create it alone.

The Meetings tab on the screen also allows you to copy the invite. Opening Hours : Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm. Zoom Desktop Client must be logged in. Schedule a meeting. Click the Meetings tab. To copy an invitation for a future meeting, just select it, choose Copy Invitation, and hit Copy Invitation. The Zoom Desktop Client can be accessed by logging in. Click the Home tab.

For the following instant meeting options: Start with video: Use this button if you are starting an instant meeting with a video recorder. Click the New Meeting button when prompted. Using instant meetings, you can participate in them completely. If you want to schedule a new meeting, you must hit the plus sign.
